Pregnancy can be a very intense period in a woman’s life. It is a period when she gets flustered. Getting enough rest is another way to ensure that you take care of yourself. During this time, stress levels are heightened. Your body may even be slowing down from your regular day-to-day tasks. When you start feeling very tired, as if you can’t go on, this is your body telling you that you need to rest. Listen! Take some time for yourself. Take a nap or just sit back and relax. Believe me.
